Please plan to arrive one day before Orientation — refer to the Key Dates page for details. Orientation is mandatory; any late arrivals require prior approval from the program manager.

24-hour check in is available. If you arrive more than one day before orientation, or plan to stay more than one day following the program’s conclusion, you are responsible for arranging and paying for your own housing for those extra nights. Early dormitory check-in may be arranged at your own cost — contact the program manager to explore options.
